Return & Exchange Policy

What's the HomeGamers returns policy?
Most items can be exchanged with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.  All items that wish to be returned MUST be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was shipped.  Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item(s) for anything being returns, sorry no refunds.

What's HomeGamers No Receipt returns policy?
HomeGamers No Receipt policy applies to purchased items in store only.  If you do not have a receipt, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

Can I return my purchase?
All products sold and shipped by may be returned in-store, at our Westminster, MD location, within 30 days of receiving it.  Proof of purchase, such as a packing slip, is required for all returns.  Store credit will be issued on all returns.

If I need to return something, can I get my shipping cost refunded?
No.  Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.  HomeGamers will not pay for shipping on any items shipped to or from our store or website.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
All items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging AND in re-sellable condition.  We recommend you keep your packaging and your receipt for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
